ABOUT ME
I am currently employed at Cherry Godfrey in their marketing department. Every day is a new challenge, and I use my creativity to plan and run events, create artwork for press, digital campaigns and print, and to manage PR, photography, social media, book travel, and liaise with suppliers. I have greatly improved my Adobe skills during my time at Cherry Godfrey, and I have also gained valuable insights into the marketing world.
Before I started here, I completed my Higher National Certificate at the Guernsey Institute in art and design, and I was able to hone my skills through a range of tasks, such as rebranding Vale Earth Fair, creating illustrations for a children's book, producing clothes from pre-loved garments, and my Hedge Veg project. This project enabled me to explore the world of marketing through the production of adverts for milk cartons, social media graphics and videos, printed posters, and a concept for an app. I also worked as a Guernsey Press Photographer prior to the Guernsey Institute, and I collaborated with the journalists to take relevant photos for their articles.
My portfolio and website showcase my photography, which includes landscapes, documentary, portraits, studio shoots and pet portraits, in addition to my digital marketing skills. I am proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro, and I use my own DSLR camera and equipment.
